Service Attempt Fee Policy:
A Service Attempt Fee of $75 will be charged if we are dispatched to your location and the charging session cannot be initiated due to vehicle incompatibility or a vehicle-side issue. This fee covers the cost of dispatching our mobile charging unit.

EV Compatibility Checklist:

Chevy Cobalt: NOT COMPATIBLE. We cannot charge this vehicle.

Tesla Model S and Model X (Pre-2020): MAY BE INCOMPATIBLE. Requires the CCS Retrofit installed on your vehicle.

Tesla Model 3, Model Y, and 2020+ Model S/X: FULLY COMPATIBLE. (No Fee Consequence Expected).

Internal Car Failure: If your EV is unable to accept a charge due to its own **internal failure** (such as a dead 12V battery, locked port, charging fault, or software error).
