FAQ List Question: How far will the Emergency Charge take me? Answer: Our Emergency Boost provides approximately 50 miles of range under ideal conditions (battery warm, medium State of Charge). Question: How long does it take to charge my EV? Answer: Charging time is primarily limited by your vehicle's current battery temperature and how full it is, not solely by our 120 kW charger speed. Question: How far will the emergency charge take me? Answer: Our Emergency Boost provides approximately 50 miles of range. Question: How long does it take to charge my EV? Answer: Most vehicles charge 0–80% in 20–35 minutes (depending on outside temperature and the size of the battery). Question: What areas do you service? Answer: Metro Detroit • Metro Atlanta (We travel outside these regions for specialized fleet and contract jobs.) Question: Do you charge Teslas? Answer: Yes. We charge all EVs, including Ford, GM, Kia, Hyundai, Rivian, and more. Note: Tesla models 2019 and older may not charge due to an update to the system. Question: What is the “Come to Us” discount? Answer: If you drive to our location, you save $15 on the travel fee. Question: What if I’m at 0%? Answer: We specialize in stranded vehicles and fleet yards. We can charge 1 car from 0–20% in approx 15 minutes. Question: Do you support fleet & rail yard charging? Answer: Yes — we handle: Rail yards, OEM EV prep sites, Dealership overflow, Logistics & transport yards, Large fleet contracts. We recently completed a 36-vehicle EV charging assignment for GM. Question: What payment methods do you accept? Answer: Card, Mobile Pay, Digital Invoice, Fleet Billing, Zelle and Net Terms (contract clients). Question: Do you offer subscriptions?
