Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 12 hours before your appointment for a full refund. - If you cancel within 12 hours, there is no refund. - If you rebook within 7 days, any amount left after fees will be applied to your next charge. - Mileage fees and airport fees are non-refundable. Vehicles We Cannot Charge - Older Tesla models (Model S 2012–2020, Model X 2015–2020) - These vehicles may not charge without the correct NACS adapter. - Chevy Cobalt EV conversions or vehicles without a standard CCS/NACS port - CHAdeMO vehicles, including older Nissan Leafs Any vehicle with: - A damaged charging port - High-voltage system faults - Low 12V battery issues
